Products made from PLA
The main component of our bioloco Plant series products is PLA – polylactide, which is industrially compostable. Other parts, such as silicone straws and PP lids, can be recycled. All products in the bioloco Plant series are also reusable and free of BPA and melamine.
Stainless steel products
Stainless steel 304 is rust-proof and represents the highest quality of all stainless steel grades. The sustainability of stainless steel 304, however, lies in its durability and longevity. Since 2023, we have been switching to recycled stainless steel in the production of our stainless steel products. In the future, all products in the collection will be made from up to 90% recycled stainless steel.
Cotton products
Quality and the highest standards are our top priority for all our cotton products. That's why the majority of our cotton products are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. All other cotton products are certified according to OEKO-Tex Standard 100.
Bamboo products
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is a globally applied standard for the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibers and thus an important textile certification. It defines environmental requirements along the entire textile production chain, as well as social criteria.
