Account settings
You don't need to create a user account to place an order in our online shop; you can also conveniently order as a guest. However, as a registered user, you enjoy several advantages: You'll be guided through the ordering process more quickly, can save multiple shipping addresses, track your order status, and save items to a wish list.
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address you used to register with chic.mic in the provided field. You will then receive an email with a link that you can use to set a new password for your account.
If your email address changes, you can quickly and easily update it in your chic.mic customer account. To do so, after logging in, go to your personal area in the top right corner of the website under "My Account." There, in the menu under "Billing and Delivery Settings," you'll find the option to update your stored email address using the "Change" button in the top right corner. To save your new email address, simply click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.
You can change your password at any time. To do so, log in to chic.mic and go to your personal area in the top right corner under "My Account." There, you'll find the option to change your password at the top of the menu. For security reasons, you must first enter your current password – and then the new one directly below. To secure your new password, you must confirm it by re-entering it and then click "Save."
We attach the utmost importance to the security of your data and treat it in accordance with the strict requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. Further information can be found under Data Protection .
Ordering process
Orders placed before 3 p.m. can be changed or canceled the same day without giving a reason. Orders placed after 3 p.m. can be changed or canceled until 12 p.m. the following day without giving a reason. To do so, please send an email with all relevant information to shop@chicmic.de. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to make any changes once your order has already been forwarded to our warehouse.
We offer the following payment options: PayPal, invoice, direct debit, credit card payment, and instant bank transfer. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Delivery
The goods will be shipped from our warehouse using a standard parcel service provider.
We ship your order within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. You will be notified by email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse.
To ensure you always know where your order is, you can use the tracking code included in your shipping confirmation email.

We currently only ship our online shop to Germany and Austria. For more information, please contact shop@chicmic.de .
Exchange and return
In case of complaints or incorrect orders, please notify us of your return using the cancellation form. You will then promptly receive further information from us via email. Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. You can choose which parcel service you use to send your return. You, as the sender, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please contact our customer service at shop@chicmic.de, quoting your order number, and send a photo of the defective item. We will get back to you immediately.
